WE HAVE A MONDAY 11am SLOT! Starts 15th February...

Come and have a workout with the girls and blitz your body back into shape! Not only will you set yourself up for the day. You will feel amazing after every session, you will get to meet others who love to exercise and you will feel fitter in just a few weeks.

You might even enjoy yourself so much that you continue with us on to the next one! Come along, join the rest of us and take up the challenge to do more sit ups, more press ups and to run a faster mile... you'll have a ball!

Bootycamp runs throughout the year in 3, 4 or 6 week blocks, as we fit in with school term times.

WHEN, WHERE & WHAT TIME?

If you up for an early morning challenge then give the 3 week "Intensive" camp a go. Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 22 Feb -12 March. 6:30am. We have a lovely local venue which we help to support by using this facility, so please do join us. Now I know its an early start and early morning exercise is not for the faint hearted, so before you say no! Why not give it a try, come along for a taster session... please contact me to arrange one.
